Day-to-Day

Your day-to-day activities will involve:

  • Conducting site visits to monitor ecological mitigation measures and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinating with contractors and project teams to address ecological challenges.
  • Preparing detailed ecological reports and documentation.
  • Advising on adaptive management strategies to enhance biodiversity outcomes.
  • Attending project meetings and liaising with regulatory bodies as required.
  • Supporting junior ecologists and providing mentorship where necessary.

Benefits

In return for your expertise and dedication, you will receive:

  • A competitive salary of up to £47,000.

  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage.
  • A competitive pension scheme and family-friendly leave policies.
  • Access to employee assistance programmes for well-being support.
  • Free parking and a shuttle bus service from Birmingham city centre.
  • Flexible working opportunities to support work-life balance.
