Referral Scheme
- If you refer a candidate and we find them a job (within six months of the referral date), we will send you £750 (or in the currency of your preference) worth of e-vouchers of your choice.
- You will be sent the vouchers on day one of your referrals first day in their new job
- A referral is a name, contact number and email address sent to either Justin Ayling, Sam Thorne, Nathan Warwick or via the Embankment Group website
- Referrals are valid for 6 months from the date the candidate was referred
- Where a candidate has been introduced by more than one person, the first person to have referred will qualify for the bonus
- Referrals will not qualify if Embankment Group are already working with the candidate
- Payments will only be made on the first placement, for example, if Embankment Group place the candidate on a future occasion, a second referral bonus will not be paid to the original referee
- Vouchers are not cash transferrable
- The responsibility remains with the referrer to contact Embankment Group within 3 months of the referrals first day in their new job to claim and confirm their vouchers
- Embankment Group reserves the right to alter these terms as required and it’s decision will be final on all disputes
