Responsibilities
As the Technical Cost Centre Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the delivery of the cost centre budget, ensuring targets for utilisation, net revenue, and EBITDA are met.
- Driving a culture of technical excellence and ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, health and safety, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborating with senior leadership and regional directors to align team objectives with business goals.
- Managing and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and career development.
- Expanding the portfolio of projects to include new clients and sectors, enhancing resilience to market trends.
- Promoting a "one team" ethos to encourage shared ownership of successes and challenges.
- Ensuring effective deployment and integration of international resources to optimise team performance.
